Refund policy

New, unworn items with tags still intact can be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase.

If return is mailed, customer will pay return shipping. For exchanges, customer pays return shipping and Belle Vie Designs will pay the replacement item shipping. For local pickup items, the return can be dropped off back into the pickup tote.
